From the Leyda Valley wine region Boya Sauvignon Blanc is easy to love. Medium-bodied with crisp liquid lemon acidity and a perfect match for fresh or steamed shellfish dishes. Boya Vineyards are influenced by the Pacific Ocean's moderating and cooling breezes bringing cool temperatures and allowing grapes to slowly ripen and develop their character. These cooling breezes also bring a salty tang to the grapes from the sea. Boya Sauvignon Blanc has been cold-fermented with no malolactic fermentation.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled halibut steaks, lemon sole in white sauce, tuna burgers.

Reviews and Ratings

Fantastic value Sauvignon Blanc under $15 from the Leyda Valley from a certified-sustainable vineyard. Fresh and zesty with ripe peach, mineral flavours and liquid lemon acidity. The Boya Vineyards are influenced by the Pacific Ocean's moderating and cooling breezes bringing cool temperatures and allowing grapes to slowly ripen and develop their character also giving a salty tang to the grapes. Chill and enjoy with a shrimp ceviche al fresco. - Community Wine Reviews
