What a blockbuster red wine! Truly a Canadian flagship red blend in the Bordeaux tradition. The 2012 vintage is a blend of 57% Merlot, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc. Concentrated, deep, powerful and layered. Decant 2 hours and enjoy.

Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

That's a blend of 57% Merlot completed by 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc.

Deep garnet color.

A nose of plum, black currant, violet, bleuberry, coffee, chocolate and cherry.

The wine has chocolate tannins, that's a full-bodied wine and the finish is long.

Pair it with any kind of grilled game.

Serve it at 15-17 degrees.

decant it in carafe to split sediment of the wine.

Can be aged 7-8 years.
