Sylvio scored this wine: 90/100
This surprisingly frizzante blush brings out an almost creamy texture to the strawberry and citrus flavours. This reduces the sweetness of this wine. Excellent as an aperitif. Made from 95%Vidal Blanc and 5% Chambourcin. Best served chilled.
A medium bodied red wine with a bouquet of red berries and leather. Raspberries and plum on the palate with just enough oak to balance and marry the flavours harmoniously. Pairs well with mildly acidic food. 13% alcohol
This off-dry red is aged in new French oak. Dark red to an almost purple hue with leather, tobacco and chocolate on the nose and dark berries, leather and espresso on the palate with a nice long finish. 13.4% alcohol.
Sylvio scored this wine: 88/100
Orange red in colour this rose is low in alcohol and big in taste. Berries on the nose makes for a nice light drinking rose. 9.0% alcohol
This full-bodied Pinot Noir is aged in French oak and is made with 100% pinot noir grapes. Perfectly paired with richly flavoured food. Smooth finish. With so many other terrific Pinot Noir's available, I'm not sure the $29.95 price point is warranted.
