Tintamarre is an Acadian celebration on August 15th, hence the price of $15(at time of review). Just like the celebration, this light red wine embodies the festivities. The bright ruby colour, bread and fruity on the nose; as well as red fruits, soft tannin, and medium acidity on the palate; and the surprising natural effervescence of the wine, makes it a fun drink to celebrate the Tintamarre or any special occasion. The wine pairs well with roast chicken.

A refreshing white wine, with citrus and peach aromas, Serenity is a good name. You will feel serene with the bright colour, medium acidity, minerality and a crisp finish. The wine will pair well with creamy seafood or soft creamy cheese. It can also be enjoyed on its own on a hot summer day. Cheers!

This Spanish style red wine contains a blend of Marechal Foch, Sabrevois, and Radisson grapes. It has a beautiful bouquet of leather and old library, as well as a deep and rich red colour. The dry, medium tannin with dark fruits and spices makes it ideally suited for steak or pasta with red sauce..

This refreshing wine has aromas of green apple, pear, and pineapple. Light acidity and crisp minerality reminds you of a chardonnay. The nice crisp and dry finish of the wine can easily be enjoyed on its own or paired with creamy seafood or cheese.

Winner of the best Appassimento style wine in Canada, this full bodied red wine will leave you more. Fresh leather and lightly smoky on the nose, this well balanced wine has notes of vanilla, red fruits, and plums. The wine was aged for a year with lightly toasted new oak. The Marquette 2021 can be enjoyed on its own and will pair well with pork, venison, or lamb.

Unusual Wine Experience

Attending the Burgundy Wine School in Beaune, France for a 3 hour lesson. It was very immersive and difficult to only "taste" the myriad of amazing wines instead of "drink" all of them.
