Sweet black fruit aromas, smoke, chocolate and an interesting chamomile tea note. Dried Apricot and orange peel on the palate. Tannins are still very present so this can continue to age. Pair with chocolates and salty cheese.
Dried apricot, pear, orange blossom, hazelnut, candied lemon and ginger. On the palate lovely honey notes appear as well. lovely acid cuts through the sweetness on the finish. Pair with a honey poached pear.

Soft wine very easy on the palate although the tannins are present. Cranberry, cherry and black berry. Kind of tastes like the "real fruit candies". There is some earth and vanilla present as well.. This wine could be an interesting pair with Holiday turkey meals with the cranberry notes with the cranberry sauce.

Red Cherry with spice, vanilla and some earthy tones. Tannins are still very powerful. You can continue to age this wine or match it with some red meats to meet the tannins.
Wonder full wine. Black currant, vanilla, black pepper. With its age earthy and gamey tones are becoming present. The mouth feel is my favorite part of the wine. The tannins are present but at the same time soft and velvety. I would pair this with roasted Lamb.
