From the moment you nose the wine you crave food. Rich seafood, lightly seasoned pasta's, crisp green salads and soft cheeses. Mineral driven with classic grassy Sauvignon characteristics, gooseberry, linden flowers and stone fruits. A wonderful aromatic expression of Sauvignon Blanc from Saint-Bris.

A warm and juicy blend of Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. A combination of well integrated oak, bold black fruit (plum, cherry) and high acid make you crave food. A perfect compliment to red meat and BBQ.

A crisp and clean representation of Chenin Blanc. Notes of pear, peach, oak, vanilla and nutmeg fresh on the nose. The palate offers high acidity, and a wonderful balance between oak and fruit. A great wine that will go very will with lighter fare foods such as seafood, chicken and creamy pastas.

An unoaked classic Southern France wine. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan provides a deep purple colour. The nose is classic Syrah and Grenache with garlic sausage, cherry, blackberry, Rosemary and earth. With only grape tannin to support the wine, it is balanced and provides a round mouth feel and good mid-palate density.

A nice crisp and refreshing white wine. Flavours of lemon zest, white grapefruit, and white stone fruit. Hints of pineapple and slight lemon curd. The palate is young and vibrant with fresh acidity. A well balanced wine that is versatile and great with food, such as seafood, white meat and soft cheeses.
