Wow, just wow, an awesome wine from Corfu (Ionian Island, Greece) Made of native grapes (Pavlo and Cacotrigi) this excellent white has a clear and bright yellow/green color with notes of peach, white flower, banana, vanilla and lime. Oily and rich with a pleasant acidity on the palate. This complex fine wine can be match with cheese tray, shrimp linguine or even game. Serve it between 8-10 degrees. Can be aged 8-10 years.

This very rare Champagne is made of 100% Arbane old vines grape. Arbane is an old forgotten white grape since a long time. About one hectare grow in Champagne. Only 3525 bottles were made of the vintage 2005. This Champagne was disgorged March 9th 2010 MOUTARD PÈRE ET FILS was the only estate to grow Arbane old vines. But now i heard that AGRAPART ET FILS ESTATE has made a Champagne made of Arbane in 2013. MOUTARD also grow vines in Burgundy to make Crément de Bourgogne and Chablis. Golden Yellow color! The aromas of this Champagne is very different of the other Champagne. That's a very floral and herbaceous nose. This Champagne is very well balanced on the palate. Serve this rare Champagne at 5-6 degrees. Pair it with a Salmon Gravlax or lobster. This wine is ready to drink but can be age 2-3 years.

This wine is made mainly of Petit Verdot (83%) and completed with 15% Merlot, 1% Teroldego and 1% Blaufrankisch. Dark purple color! Notes of Bleuberry, black currant, blackberry, floral and full spicy. Very long and full bodied on the palate! That's a fine wine to match fine meal. Pair it with a good Kobe Beef. Serve it at 15-17 degrees. Can be aged 12 to 15 years. ** this wine is unfiltered I suggest to decanter it to separate the sediment of the wine
