Rich, stewed dark fruit with some leather and smoke on the nose. On the sweet end of dessert wines, but incredibly balanced with acid and tannins. Elegant wine with that would be incredible with chocolate served any which way. I would imagine that this would last decades and only get better in the cellar.

Wow! Biscuity, lemon, rich mouth-feel, with persistent small bubbles, that is quite amazing for a sparkling from NS. A premium sparkling that would be best with some food to counteract the body.

This is an amazing Riesling for the price, that everyone should discover. Lots of interesting, typical notes of cold climate Rieslings with a touch of sweetness and high acidity. This would go very well with spicy Thai food or it is incredibly easy to drink on it's own. Do not miss this one!

This late harvest wine is terrific value from one of my favourite wine producers in the Niagara region of Ontario. Don't tell anyone, but this is almost the same thing as iced wine, at a fraction of the price. There are luscious aromas of apricot, tangerine, and orange blossoms that repeat on the pallette, with a long pleasant finish. The balance of sweetness and acidity is near perfect, to the point where you will find yourself filling your glass again and again without hesitating. I would pair this with a cheese plate, but really it is dessert all on it's own.
