Flavors of peach, pineapple and honey roll across the tongue. Slight notes of butterscotch as well. Smooth beyond any expectations. Absolutely perfectly balanced, perfectly sweet, perfectly pure. Perfect. Perfect. Perfect. For $60, not everyone is going to go out and buy it...but you should. Icewine, especially Riesling Icewine, tends to improve with age; this is only a year old, and it's the best Icewine I've ever had. No, it's the best WINE I've ever had. Absolutely spectacular.

The powerful aromas hypnotize your senses. Blackberry, black cherry, cedar, vanilla and slight notes of violets all come through to varying degrees. On the palate the black fruits are joined by a touch of minerality and earthiness. This wine is huge and will only improve with more time. To think, this would have probably improved for another DECADE, maybe more, in the bottle, if we had that kind of patience. Well, I'm gonna go get another bottle and we'll find out. This is a tour-de-force in winemaking and worth every penny. Tasted August, 2015.

Another 100% Sangiovese treasure. Lingering notes of dark fruits, with a hint of spice and chocolate. Simply brilliant.

52% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc Mocha, black cherry, dried herbs, tobacco and earth on the fragrant nose. Complex flavors of black currant, black cherry, tobacco, leather and cedar on the palate. The years in the bottle have done wonders for this wine, bringing it together beautifully. Lots of fruit left suggests it has a few more good years in it as well.
