The 2010 - Sweet, and raisiny - it paired really well with blue cheese and nuts.

Dover Vineyards Limited's 2012 Frisky Beaver is out, and it's a delightful wine for sipping with friends or having with chicken, sitting around with some cheese and nuts, or playing a game around the table. Tastes like a real summertime wine.

Pleasant, fruity, nice acid -- to go in a different direction, when served not too chilled, it worked well to counterbalance a rich appetizer of beef marrow bones and baguette. Tomorrow I'll try it with La Tur cheese brought to room temp.

Jammy, not a lot of depth. Tannin lingers on the tongue.
