Juicy acidity. Apples, lemon and grapefruit. Floral nose of spring blossoms, apples and “tennis balls”. Medium finish with bright acidity, some spice and a slight touch of (pleasing) herbaceousness. Fresh rainwater. I think it’s great value - would be delicious with raw oysters.
