Celebrate life! Wow this is liquid exuberance. Moscato-grape aromas with orange zest and honeysuckle swaying in the summer breeze. Low alcohol, and some sweetness make this a great aperitif or companion to any spicy dish or one with a bit of sweetness like glazed ham, sweet potatoes etc.

Nova 7 food pairings: smoked salmon, lobster, seafood chowder, charcuterie and Dragon's Breath blue cheese.

Reviews and Ratings

Bea D'Angela rated this wine as 92/100
Erin rated this wine as 92/100
"Light gold and pale salmon hues... deep, expressive floral aromas mingle complex notes of papaya, mango, passion fruit, key lime and litchi. On the palate, a refreshing balance of sweetness...ever present tanginess...and light effervescence display the wine’s traditional freshness and crisp character."

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
