Very crisp and mouth-watering with come-alive lime aromas and flavours. Sun-dappled lemons dance on the finish.

Vero food pairings: Nova Scotia seafood, Malagash Oysters, Digby scallops, Fundy lobster and line-fresh haddock. Also, an ideal accompaniment to light summer fare.

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Clean, refreshing, expressive, light-bodied sipper. Earthy, stemmy, blossom, gooseberry, passion fruit, lime zest, and hints of tropical fruit. Made with the signature Nova Scotia grape l'Acadie Blanc.Med+ acidity. Pair with seafood, fish, great salad wine.
Serve well chilled.

“Pale green-yellow. The nose displays intensely concentrated aromas of mandarin orange, pineapple, lime and passion fruit. On the palate, exotic lime notes are freshened by lively acidity and elegant minerality, resulting in a very harmonious and bright mouthfeel.”
