Reviews and Ratings

Philippe Perreault - Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Véro Cuvée is mainly made of 60% Chardonnay, 30% L'Acadie Blanc and 10% Riesling.

The color is very light yellow, almost uncolored.

Powerful nose of orange peel, peach, kiwi, white flower, mineral, lime, verbena and lemon.

The wine is crisp, elegant and short.

Take it like aperitif or pair it with Covey Hill oyster.

Serve it at 8-10 degrees.

Ready to drink.
Jon Steeves - Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

2014 vintage of Tidal Bay by Benjamin Bridge is 9.5?V and a wonderful Canadian East Coast gem. Aroma and palate of stone fruit, citrus notes, hint of herbaceousness, elegant minerality. Crisp and well balanced mouthfeel. Persistence of lemon drop and nectarine, medium finish. Wonderful pairing with jumbo sea scallops and Parmesan infused risotto. Enjoy now.
Lesley Quinn - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

The grape blend may be a mystery but the distinction in terroir is obvious. This white wine blend from Nova Scotia's first appellation Tidal Bay. It may be off dry with notes of ripe peaches but with high acid flavours of lemons and limes it is most refreshing. Steely and light it is a great patio wine best enjoyed with a cold light appetizer like a feta cheese and watermelon salad.

A delightful food-friendly white wine perfect for cheeses, seafood and so much more.
