Love this summer fresh Niagara rosé with aromas of sun-dappled rhubarb and cranberry. Medium-bodied, dry and smooth. Perfect for planked salmon.

Rosé food pairings: baked ham, salad with grilled chicken, cold turkey sandwiches.

Reviews and Ratings

Greg Hughes rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Westcott are relatively new in the wine scene and don't pop up at the LCBO very often. If you're a Niagara fan, it's more lilely that you saw them on a wine list at a restaurant.
These guys make great Burgundian varietals (Pinot and Chard), but this wine, a combo of Cab Franc and Pinot Noir, is great. They have focused exactly on what Niagara can and should produce more of and they do it with ease and unpretentious ease.
It's nice to see such tremendously drinkable dry rosés becoming available now. Lot's of cherry and cranberry. Great juicy midpalate that has weight, but still some acidity.
Good price, trendy winery, drinking local; what's not to love?
Put this rosé with a cobb salad or crab cakes.
From Vinemount Ridge in the Niagara Peninsula wine region, Delphine (2016) is a Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc wine blend with rhubarb, raspberry and typical light herb flavours from the Cabernet Franc. The Ontario rosé is a pretty pink in the glass too. - Community Wine Reviews
