Love this summer fresh Niagara rosé with aromas of sun-dappled rhubarb and cranberry. Medium-bodied, dry and smooth. Perfect for planked salmon.

Rosé food pairings: baked ham, salad with grilled chicken, cold turkey sandwiches.

Reviews and Ratings

Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From Westcott Vineyards, Delphine is a crisp, dry, Rose made from Cabernet Franc grapes. Aromas and flavours of peaches, strawberries, and sweet, rich cantaloupe with a nicely balanced, fruity, medium bodied finish. Pair with club sandwiches and an afternoon at the beach. Or, during cooler months of the year, indulge while dreaming of the next summer's day thinking warm wishes. :) Enjoy! - tasted June 2020
From the Niagara Peninsula, Delphine 2017 is a rosé wine blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc sourced from the rich clay loam and shale of the Vinemount Ridge. Refreshing strawberry and raspberry flavours mingle with savoury notes on the palate. Pair with a cobb salad or crab cakes. - Community Wine Reviews
