Some mocha and chocolate on the nose is quickly flooded with lusciously ripe black fruit on the palate. Full-bodied and smooth. This winery is located south of Rioja and is comprised of 100% Garnacha grapes. The wine itself was matured in 50/50 stainless steel and French barrels. A long, satisfying finish. Pair with hearty meat dishes.

Garnacha food pairings: veal.

This full-bodied red wine was fermented in stainless steel; half of the wine was matured in small French oak barrels, of which about 40% new, and the remaining half in stainless steel tank. Source: Winery

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
