La bouche est plus sensuelle et veloutée.Il y a un petit peu de chaleur en fin de bouche,par contre.Intense et poivré, Ca demande une entrecôte au poivre, ou au moins des grillades. Très satisfaisant! Meaty and spicy, quite satisfying for the price! The alcohol does stand out a bit, but it is tasty. A crowd pleaser for your outdoor BBQ.

The vines for this red wine are planted at high altitudes of 1,000 metres above sea level in Los Arboles, Tunuyan and the Uco Valley. All grapes are hand-harvested with strict berry selection. Fermentation and maceration takes place in concrete vats for a minimum of 25 days at 23-25ºC. Pneumatic pressing. Natural malolactic fermentation.
