Grassy, lime-citrus aromas, and still great at this price (which seems to rise every year). Lively and zesty with mouth-watering acidity. Wonderful! It goes down slippery fast with terrific refreshment. There's gooseberry and lime zest on the finish. Perfect for salads and vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, grilled radicchio, avocado and papaya salad.

Terrific Turkey Wine

Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Pungent passion fruit and grapefruit aromas with a complex lees note underlying. Generous fruit flavours and enhanced textures through lees aging have given this wine great interest across the palate.

Arômes forts de fruit de la passion et de pamplemousse avec des notes sous-jacentes complexes de lies.Saveurs généreuses de fruits et textures rehaussées par le vieillissement sur lies donnent r ce vin un trcs grand intéret sur tout le palais.

A go-to New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that enters the market several years ago bargain priced at $13.95. It's never looked back, success or price-wise. Mouth-watering and crisp with a grassy underlay for vegetarian dishes and discussions. - Community Wine Reviews
