Natalie's Score: 88/100

A strong acidic attack on the palate followed by pure grassy aromas, not citrus. Herbal and green. Demands food like shellfish. The 2015 vintage of this Sauvignon Blanc continues to display refreshing herbal aromas on the nose and palate. Lively and zesty with gooseberry and lime zest on the finish. Perfect for salads and vegetarian dishes.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Asian chicken salad, pork tenderloin, grilled radicchio, avocado and papaya salad.

Peach, apricot, melon, guava, tropical fruit and lemon grass. Flavours envelop lemon curd, kiwi and grapefruit. Zesty acidity, light body and finish with salted lemon candy-notes. A nice fruity, mouthwatering finish. 88 points - tasted May 2018
Spy valley 2016 Sauvignon Blanc will definitely make you take notice. This is one vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough, South Island. Look for fresh-cut grass, green pepper, gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours on this lengthy Sauvignon Blanc. Pair with salads. - Community Wine Reviews
