A juicy and delicious GSM from the Barossa Valley wine region, intense and full-bodied with pink florals, smoky cherry and blackberry aromas on the nose, accompanied with baking and pepper spice, cold tea and toasty oak spice flavours vibrant on the palate. Pair this food-friendly GSM with a meat-lover's pizza or gourmet burgers from the grill. The "cow' corner" is an area of a cricket field with respect to the batsman in cricket and is always deep in the field on the batsman's leg side where the 'cow shots' are intended to go.

Grenache Shiraz Mataro food pairings: gourmet hamburgers, sausages, barbecue-grilled meat-lovers’ pizza, lamb cutlets.
