Produced by the Duncan Family, Silver Oak 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a dry, full-bodied and characterful red, rich with cassis, dark cherry, earthy cedar brush and toasty oak spice with a kiss of smoky vanilla creamy and fresh on the palate. Tannins are well-integrated and velvety. A beautiful Napa Valley Cab, refined and elegant, just like the prestigious estate from where the grapes for this vintage were sourced. Drink or hold in cellar to 2040. Silver Oak was founded in 1972 and the American oak barrels this wine was aged in were made at the Duncan Family's barrel-making facilities.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled rare steaks, blackened ribs with BBQ sauce, coq au vin, Cornish game hen, tomato tarte.
