From the Côtes Du Roussillon, Midi wine region, Saint-Roch Chimères 2020 is a dry, medium-plus-bodied red blend of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan grapes. Produced by winemaker Jean-Marc Lafage. Look for dark cherry, ripe plum, sweet baking spice, wild herbs and pepper spice flavours generous and plushy on the palate. Overdelivers at $20.
