Superb quality and taste for the price of this French rosé sparkling wine! Toasty with some field raspberry notes. Bone-dry and refreshing. Here's your summer party rosé bubbly. Bring it on! A terrific producer and well-known in Alsace and around the world. Pair with grilled fish.

Rosé Crémant D'alsace food pairings: asparagus and linguine carbonara, pizza, cheddar dill puffs.

Reviews and Ratings

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Aromatic, flavourful and has a gorgeous fizzy pale pink appearance! The Pierre Sparr brut Rosé shows prominent notes of rose petals, starwberry and rhubarb. The palate is crisp and clean with high acidity and a long tangy rhubarb, raspberry and citrus flavourful finish. Enjoy with crispy baja fish tacos. Tasted Jan 2017 - @sommsosa / bespoketastings.ca
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This sparkling rosé from Alsace is a gorgeous salmon-pink colour with aromas of succulent ripe strawberries, raspberries and subtle mineral notes. Lively bubbles tickle your palate, leaving you with a long, strawberry finish. Tasted on June 15/18 and paired it with crab cakes on a bed of greens with strawberries and slivered almonds.
This brut (dry) style French bubbly is made using the Méthode Traditionnelle, the traditional champagne method from only pinot noir grapes, thus the rose hue for this Crémant. - Community Wine Reviews
