This sparkling rosé from Alsace is a gorgeous salmon-pink colour with aromas of succulent ripe strawberries, raspberries and subtle mineral notes. Lively bubbles tickle your palate, leaving you with a long, strawberry finish. Tasted on June 15/18 and paired it with crab cakes on a bed of greens with strawberries and slivered almonds.

Aromatic, flavourful and has a gorgeous fizzy pale pink appearance! The Pierre Sparr brut Rosé shows prominent notes of rose petals, starwberry and rhubarb.
