Mission Hill Reserve 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful, made-in-British Columbia Sauvignon Blanc with grapes sourced from the famed Black Sage Bench in the Osoyoos wine region. Fragrant, fresh and silky with lime leaf, tropical fruit, fine herbs, zesty and mouth filling. Chill and enjoy as a patio sipper or with brunch dishes. So good now.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: grilled salmon with herb butter, green salads with goat cheese, freshly steamed shrimp with salad.

Reviews and Ratings

Deborah Podurgiel WSET IV Candidate - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Mission Hill Family Estate Sauvignon Blanc is an easy to love, refreshing, dry, medium-bodied floral and fruity reserve Sauvignon Blanc produced from grapes sourced from different plots on Mission Hill’s estate vineyards on the Black Sage Bench. Each site has a distinct microclimate giving this Sauv. Blanc a medium-plus-intensity of warm white florals, gooseberry jam, guava, lemon meringue, lemongrass, fine herbs and saline mineral notes on the nose with a long finish on the palate. a lovely balance of acidity to excellent quality fruit, chill and enjoy on its own or pour with salads and creamy pasta dishes. Tasted April 2022.
