Good value for Pinot Noir, which tends to be more expensive. Balanced acidity and wild blackberry flavour in this blend of five vineyards. Finishes with aromas of anise, toasted oak, black cherry and tea in this full-bodied BC red wine.

Pinot Noir food pairings: grilled wild salmon, Portobello mushrooms, roasted duck or pork, olive bread, or toasted walnuts.

Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

A lighter style of Pinot Noir, with fresh cherry and berry notes. The bright red and black fruit character mingles nicely with delicate touches of cinnamon spice.

Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Un style plus léger de Pinot Noir, avec des touches de cerises et baies fraîches. Le caractcre de fruits rouges et noirs se mélange bien aux touches délicates de cannelle.

Pinot Noir is one of the most fickle grapes to grow in the world, and the Okanagan Valley is no exception. That said, over the years, we have developed an affinity for and understanding of this varietal knowing which clone to plant in which section of our estate vineyards. The result is a beautiful and complex wine. Aromas of wild strawberries, anise and black tea abound. On the palate, earthy tones, plums, and toasted almonds come through. There's a vibrant acidity with soft tannins making this medium-bodied wine elegant.
