A river a satin-smooth black cherry liqueur wraps around your head and then your body. One of the most sensual wines I’ve tasted in a long time. Full-bodied and smooth with layers of hedonistic happiness. It’s high in alcohol, but why don’t you worry about that tomorrow morning?

Dense, with concentrated, balanced aromas of prune, date and polished oak. Full and compact, delivering layers of ripe fruit and fine, soft tannins that give a light pull on the long, long finish. A super Amarone, with elegance and length. Like cashmere. Drink now through 2012. Score: 96 JoC

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
