This is the half-sized bottle (375ml) of this classic Californian Chardonnay with citrus, soft orange and stone fruit flavours. La Crema 2016 is produced from the Chardonnay from the winery's Sonoma Coast vineyards and is 94% barrel-fermented, matured in 15% new French oak barrels, American oak barrels and bottled after 8 months. Good acidity for food. Chill and enjoy with roast chicken or turkey.

Chardonnay food pairings: cedar-planked BBQ salmon, steamed mahi Mahi, lobster in butter sauce.
