Beautifully balanced! This New Zealand Pinot Noir seems to get better every year, and this is no exception. Lovely cherry-berry flavours, yet not sweet. Great mouth-watering juiciness for a wide range of foods, yet not acidic. Superb craftsmanship. Highly recommended.

Pinot Noir food pairings: pulled-pork sandwiches, roasted chicken, salmon ceviche.

Very good Pinot.

Delicate aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and cherry, with a fruity smooth finish. I see this wine pairing well with grilled seasonal vegetables with a balsamic glaze.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Cherry and red current on the nose with currant, raspberry and oak flavors.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Cherry, candied berries, and cinnamon spice aromas and a sweet and tart cheery taste with a nice, silky mouth feel make this a great example of a new world Pinot.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Cherry candy aroma, beautiful palate of fresh picked raspberries. Refreshing and fruity.
Jennifer Havers - WSET Level 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Bright ruby, with cherry, strawberry and a bit of earthiness on the nose. Very smooth drinking, with the same flavours on the palate.
Anthony Hillman - WSET ADV rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Bright aromas of dark cherry, earth, and leather, with a hint of strawberry jam are reflected on the juicy palate with cherry fruitiness, black pepper, baking spices, and a little oak, supported by medium chalky tannins. A medium bodied, fruity, food friendly companion for mushroom risotto or herb crusted salmon.

Ready to drink now. Will likely gain complexity over next 4 or 5 years in bottle at risk of compromising its fruit forward style.

Simple, spicy, and refreshing this New Zealand wine has flavours of red fruit and pungent spices, with green overtones.
Pair with pizza or lighter fare from the grill.
Drink now; not suitable for further ageing.
