Liquid happiness in a glass! Cool refreshing on the palate and with the snap on the finish. So versatile for many dishes and it drinks beautifully as an aperitif on its own. Try it with sole in a lemon citrus sauce.

Sancerre food pairings: grilled tilapia with mango, lemon chicken, goat cheese, Greek salad, grilled salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A lovely elegant nose of citrus, pear and slight oak. The palate is very lemony & bright, with mouthwatering acidity and a long citrus finish. Love it!
Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Just a hint of smoke and fresh cut green pepper(in a good way!) Apple, pear and zesty citrus round out the aromas and flavours. Medium+ acidity contribute to an elegant lingering finish. A very nice white Bordeaux. Try it tonight with shellfish or mixed green salad. Serve well chilled. Drinking well now.
