This is just a beautiful Sancerre from Jean-Max Roger. Genèse 2020 is a bone-dry and mouth-watering Sauvignon Blanc with bright citrus fruit, stony mineral, bright apple and pear flavours and a very looooong finish. An exceptional vintage. Drink or hold. The Cuvée Genèse comes from one of the most famous vineyards in the village of Bué -Le Grand Chemarin.
