Lovely dessert wine, redolent of fresh strawberries and raspberries with some baking spices like cinnamon and nutmeg. Great balancing acidity for fruit-based cobblers and flans. Complex and satisfying with a long finish.

Cabernet food pairings: strawberry shortcake with whipped cream.

Intense ripe strawberry aromas, mango, honey, and a long strawberry-cherry finish.
Jane Staples - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A truly spectacular rare sweet red wine from a local star producer in our own province. Made from grapes that are naturally frozen on the vines before picking. Bright fruity flavours of strawberry-rhubarb pie, luscious without being overly sweet. Try this with Crème Brulee or just enjoy sipping it on its own. Makes a terrific gift wine for someone special.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Luxurious ice wine from Henry of Pelham made from Cabernet grapes. Strawberry, dried apricot and honey with a full body and long finish. Pair with strawberry-rhubarb pie. January 15, 2017.
Sharon Lécuyer rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Beautiful ruby colour. Tastes filled of cranberry, apple with hints of spice. Great with cranberry apple pie or on its own.
