Reviews and Ratings

Darlene Myers - CAPS Student rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

What a great value his Mlalbec is. I love a Malbec from Argentina and his is a fine wine for under $14. Ripe berry fruits, spice and vanilla combine with oak for a very pleasant finish.
Mark Britton rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

With a little bit of soft cherry on the nose and little bit more on the palate this is a very approachable wine. However it lacks in tannin and overall complexity and the alcohol is a bit hot for me. Not bad for $11.95 but with the quality of value priced wines coming from Argentina you can do better even at that price point.
Amanda rated this wine as 85/100
Allison rated this wine as 75/100
Deep red with hints of purple. A complex bouquet of ripe blackberries and nuances of black pepper. Smooth and velvety, its finish is complex, with notes of coffee, vanilla and toast. Ideal with lean cuts of red meat and pork, dishes with pepper and onion based sauces, hard cheeses and chocolate desserts.
