Natalie's Score: 91/100

The 2015 vintage is a blend of 96% Zinfandel and 4% Petite Sirah. The wine was matured in both French and American oak barrels. A robust Californian red wine with delicious aromas and flavors of fleshy ripe purple and black plums with spicy wild red berries on the finish. Smooth and supple. The fruit profile is not as raisined as it is in some Californian Zinfandels. This is a juicy, pleasing red wine. Perfect for potluck gatherings featuring grilled meats.

Zinfandel food pairings: pizza, pulled pork served with crackling pigskin.
