From famed producer, Perrin. This Tavel is a soft rose petal pink in the glass. Look for ripe cherries and light herbs on this elegant Tavel from the Rhone wine region.

Tavel food pairings: grilled salmon steak, shellfish, fresh fruit, veggies, pasta primavera.

Reviews and Ratings

Rebecca Meir-Liebman - Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

From the well known family owned winery Family Perrin - this wine is yet another example of their consistency and quality of product. By its very deep salmon coloured wine a person might think it is a sweeter type of rose, but this Tavel is actually completely dry. It has good acidity, cherry, rose petals, raspberry, fresh herbs and grapefruit notes. Simple everyday wine.
From the Famille Perrin, this Tavel from the Rhône wine region is produced by one of the best known wine families in France. Look for ripe raspberry, citrus and garrigue herbs on this dry and medium-bodied rosé. Pair with grilled salmon. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
