Natalie's Score: 90/100

From the Loire wine region, Donatien Bahuaud Les Grands Mortiers 2020 is a zesty Vouvray, an off-dry Chenin Blanc with aromas of warm lemon pie apple, honeyed peach with a lingering mineral finish. Lots of refreshing acidity for seafood, chill and enjoy it with citrus-infused seared scallops or a mildly spiced pork dish.

Vouvray food pairings: honey-glazed pork, mango chicken, coquilles St. Jacques.
