L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium gold coloured, off dry zesty Vouvray with pronounced aroma of sweet pear, floral notes, pineapple and honey. Satiny smooth mouthfeel with delicious taste of ripe pear and pineapple. Very food friendly; paired well with quiche Lorraine and matched well with Indian food. Very pleasant to sip on its own.
Carolyn Hetke rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This off-dry Vouvray is full of fruity melon and apple tones, along with some balancing citrus and floral blossom notes. Slightly waxy on the palate with a medium plus finish. Serve with scallops or shrimp. Tasted October 2019. www.thewineloverskitchen.com
Linda Mertes WSET 2 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

A Vouvray always go well with seafood, especially shrimp and scallop dishes. This wine has aromas and taste of soft fruit- pear and peach with mineral on the palate . Some texture of wax that is common in the fermentation of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay can be detected. Pork and ham dishes will pair well with this wine too.
Donatien Bahuaud Les Grands Mortiers 2018 Vouvray is a beautiful, off-dry Chenin Blanc with bright, balanced acidity to match orange blossom, fresh pear, ripe white-fleshed stone-fruit, melon, honeycomb and mineral flavours vibrant and mouth filling. Donatien Bahuaud Estate was founded in 1929). - Community Wine Reviews
