This Sauvignon Blanc offers vibrant and refreshing notes of both lime citrus and herbal-grassy that makes it an extremely versatile food companion from vegetarian dishes to seafood, shellfish and salads. Terrific French white wine, especially for the money.

Sauvignon Blanc food pairings: Thai green curry fish, fresh oysters on the half shell, chicken and sage skewers, fresh tomato and basil salad, pan-fried freshwater fish.

Monique Sosa - Accredited Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Vibrant, zesty and refreshing. Lemon, passion fruit, grassy notes and pronounced minerality (little flint/smoke note). It's light, crisp, clean and has me dreaming of some hot summer sun. Pair with freshly shucked oysters. Tasted Feb 2017 - @sommsosa | co-owner of bespoketastngs.ca
This Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire wine region is a perfect pairing to goat cheese in any form. Domaine Jacky Marteau (2015) is excellent value for this Sauvignon Blanc from the Touraine. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
