This clean, crisp white wine comes to us from Guy Mothe et Ses Fils, prop.-récolt. Bright and vibrant aromas of lemon zest and white grapefruit. Terrific mouth-watering acidity for a variety of dishes. Not a trace of oak on this Old World Chardonnay. Classic and amazingly well-priced. This lemon-infused Chardonnay offers tremendous enjoyment, along with deep veins of minerality and zest. Try this ultra fresh wine with freshly caught haddock or sole.

Chablis food pairings: scallops with a sesame ginger dressing, grilled seafood, spinach and pepper jack stuffed chicken, beef bourguignon, cheese.

Lovely purity of tart apple fruit in this correctly crisp Chablis. Liked the wine - liked the price.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Delicate orchard fruit, pear, necterine, apple, crisp and refreshing. Enjoy with grilled fish with lemon. Tasted November 2015. 89 points. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca
Guy Mothe et Ses Fils, prop.-récolt. produces this vibrant northern French white wine from the Burgundian region of Chablis, which makes unoaked Chardonnay. Lots of racy acidity and a lime citrus zest on the finish. - Community Wine Reviews
