A very pleasant nose of dark cherries, cedar, blackberries and smoke. An elegant taste of ripe cherries,currant, cedar with soft tannins and medium acidity. A nice example of pinot noirs coming from South America that can be quite delicious and very value driven. I would drink this with a pork tenderloin done on the bbq.

Presentation: Old-world style label, but it looks like it could be on a cigar box.
Appearance: Light-medium ruby
Nose: Like popcorn (toasted oak, vanilla) and exhaust pipe (petrol), with some plum
Taste: Popcorn, sour cherries, plums, earth, leather.
Finish: Long, sour cherries, popcorn.
Overall impression: Interesting. Worth trying again with a hearty chicken, pork or vegetable dish
Value: 3.5 out of 5
