Reviews and Ratings

Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lots of interesting character in this wine - wild brambly blackberry, dark chocolate, slate-y, chewy tannins, noticable acidity; dry, bold, expressive and unique. Hold for 2 to3 years.
Neil Phillips rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Nice Priorat that's typical of the area.

Dark fruits, spicy notes, savoury mid-palate and long herbal finish. Definitely chewy.

Big, bold, higher in alcohol and drinking well now, but will benefit from a bit of time in bottle.

Pair with robust meat-based dishes.

Tasted November 2016.
Produced by Vinícola del Priorat, the blend of CG is 35% Cariñena from 30 year old vines, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Grenache. The wine is estate bottled and production was 8000 bottles. - Community Wine Reviews
