Charles Baker Picone Vineyard 2021 Riesling is produced from sustainably grown grapes from Vinemount Ridge, Niagara Peninsula wine region, and year after year this Riesling is consistently amazing. Youthful and fresh, this vintage is showing generous and juicy flavours of fresh grapefruit, apple, pear, ginger spice and petrol notes with a soft citrusy finish. Very elegant, enjoy it through 2032.

Riesling food pairings: roast chicken, spicy pasta dishes, shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver paté.

Year after year this Riesling is consistently amazing and the 2021 vintage is dry, medium-bodied, youthful and intense with bright green apple, citrus zest, tropical fruit flavours and piney notes chalky textured on the palate with a minerally finish.
