A robust, rich and silky Cabernet Sauvignon from California's Napa Valley with woodsmoke, juicy black currant and toasty oak aromas on the nose. Absolutely delicious. Enjoy now and for the next 10 years.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: pork tenderloin, hodge-podge, grilled burgers, Margherita pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

Burgess Hillside Vineyards 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is stunning. From a strong vintage with quality fruit and evolving nicely. Dry, medium-plus bodied and fragrant with earthy florals, black cherry, vanilla and toasty oak spice aromas on the nose. Rich and elegant with blackberry, black cherry and cassis, mocha, vanilla and spicy flavours on the palate. Sensuous and satisfying. Wine grapes are sourced from two vineyards: 1880 Estate - sloping west from Howell Mountain with “Tuff” soils and Haymaker - east-facing between the valley floor and mountain top with ancient marine sedimentary soils. Drink or hold. - Community Wine Reviews
