Reviews and Ratings

L.J. Palmer WSET 3 rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Pale ruby coloured ,medium bodied, dry red wine with pleasing tannins and food friendly acidity. This wine has a pronounced aroma of vanilla, sweet cherries, spice, baking spice, pepper, plum and a floral note. On the palate spice and red cherry predominate. A pleasant sipper and worked very well with beef stroganoff.
Craig Haynes - WSET3 FWS SWS IWS rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

The Boutari 2018 Agiorgitko is a patio pleaser from Greece’s Nemea appellation. Crafted exclusively with Agiorgitko, a varietal indigenous to Greece, this medium bodied red revealed fresh raspberry and strawberry scents - with cooking herbs and spices in supporting roles - and ripe red berry flavours that were framed by warm spicy notes like black peppercorns. Ready to be enjoyed so chill and serve.

Would pair nicely with comfort pastas and seasoned red sauces.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
