Love the black pepper juiciness of this red! Fleshy black cherries with some tart blackberries mingled in. Absolutely delicious!

Reviews and Ratings

Tom rated this wine as 94/100
Nina rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

This wine was made by traditional method by drying grapes for month.
That gives wine complex and pleasant taste and aromas. Medium body, good balance of acidity, light tannin, and a little smoky.
Very nice wine. Good with pasta, light meat dishes, light cheese.
The wine is made with the traditional Corvina and the still-rare (recently resurrected from extinction) Oseleta grapes. Made from grapes dried for about one month, this wine has intriguing aromas of sun-dried tomatoes, sweet black cherry, vanilla bean, tar and smoke. Dry with lots of partially dried fruit flavours, fine tannins and a lifting acidity for freshness to complete the package. Source: Vintages Wine Panel
