Lots of medium bubbles, and great acidity. The aromas a bright with plenty of apricot, apple, and biscuit. The apricot is especially noticeable in the taste. Quite a good value in a Cava.

Cava is a great value and this is no exception. Made in the traditional method, the bubbles are fine and produce a lovely fizz. Aromas are toasty and include a hint of butter and green apples. Light and flavourful, this is a perfect apperitif, and pairs with pretty much anything: Oysters, salads, fish and seafood, rich cheeses or sauces, or maybe just on its own.
Philippe Perreault rated this wine as

It's a blend of Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
Cava is made of Traditional method.
Fine bubble, clear yellow/straw color with notes of lemon peel, toasted bread and green apple.
The palate is fresh, balanced and medium.
Pair it with grilled shrimp skewer or tapas.
Serve it at 5-6 degrees.
Enjoyable now.

Fresh stone fruit galore! This Cava is quite a treat for its value. Creamed peaches, fresh apricots, apple and pear. Nice mousse on the palate. This light bodied, high acid, dry sparkling makes for a terrific apéritif. Pair with oysters!

Cava = terrific value. This is a great little traditional method bubbly that would be ideal on the patio this spring with charcuterie, grilled fish, oysters, you name it! Tart orchard fruit, baked bread, with refreshing bubbles. At $13 you can’t go wrong! Would also be a terrific base for ‘Champagne’ cocktails. Tasted April 2015. Matt Steeves - www.quercusvino.ca

This Cava from Spain is made using the traditional sparkling wine method. A pleasant aroma of apple, vanilla, brioche and honey with nice bubbles. Flavours of red apple, lemon and honey.
A well priced bubbly to take to a friend's or use as a hostess gift. OR to drink through the week, bubbly doesn't have to be for special occasions.
