Xavier Vignon was the consulting winemaker for several respected Rhone Valley wineries. Building on this work, he now creates his own wine under this label from the southeastern region of the Rhône. On Xavier 2016, look for ripe and spicy dark fruit flavours on this full-bodied Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah red blend. Pair with grilled pork sausages.

Food pairings: sausage and bean cassoulet, gourmet hamburgers, Salisbury steak.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
