From the McLaren Vale, South Australia, Wolf Blass Grey Label 2021 Shiraz is a dry, full-bodied and concentrated mouthful of blackberry, dark cherry, chocolate, anise, cracked pepper, cedar spice and gravelly mineral flavours velvety and supple on the palate. This is such a beautiful, plushy Shiraz, generous and richly flavoured. The wine was aged for 17 months in a mix of neutral and new French and American oak barrels (30% new). Enjoy it through 2031.

Shiraz food pairings: steaks from the grill, roast leg of lamb, veal Porterhouse.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
