Supremely satisfying and lovely... just like Mom. Hint. Gorgeous notes of field strawberry and some subtle smoke on a long, refreshing finish. Mouth-watering and crisp with some orange citrus lift on the mid-palate. Some kind of wonderful.

Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Elegant and complex, the red fruit and refreshing citrus compliment the complex development of this sparkler. The medium body, creamy mouse, and refreshing acidity carry the flavours on the long length through the fruit-driven finish.
Savour on its own or pair with salty appetizers or oysters.
Drink now or cellar until 2020.
Date tasted: November 2014.
Matt Steeves - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Sweet field strawberries, candied orange peel, and almond croissant on the nose. It's surprisingly fruity and easy-going on the palate with a delicate subtle and short lived finish. For those that don't like the extra dry style of Champagne this would be right up your alley! Enjoy while toasting those special occasions in your life. Tasted November 2015. 91+ points.
